Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to the most common issues.
How do I link my Minecraft account?
Sign in, open Link account, then join the DARK SPACY server. Buy Minecraft Java Edition if you don't have it. If you already play, go to Multiplayer → Add Server, name it DARK SPACY, use play.darkspacy.com, join, and type the command shown on the page.
I bought VIP. When does it activate?
After Stripe payment is confirmed, activation is automatic on the server. If it is delayed, confirm your account is linked and the server is online.
What do I get in each Tier?
Each VIP includes rewards (cosmetics and benefits). The full list appears in the product details inside the VIP Store.
Can I buy VIP for someone else?
If the store lets you choose a recipient in the cart or checkout, enter the username correctly. Otherwise, sign in with the account that should receive it.
How do I report a bug?
Open the “Report a Bug” page and send as much detail as possible: time, your username, what you did, and screenshots or videos if you have them.
