Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how DARK SPACY collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the services at darkspacy.com. It is designed to meet U.S. privacy expectations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA) and similar U.S. state privacy laws.

🔒 Important: DARK SPACY does not store or manage passwords. Sign-in uses Microsoft SSO. We only receive basic identification (such as email and account ID) that Microsoft shares after you authorize it.

See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for how Microsoft handles your data.

Submit a request through the contact page. You may appeal a denial by replying to our decision through the same channel.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Purchase records may be retained for several years to meet accounting and fraud-prevention obligations.

8. International Users

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Services, you understand that your information will be handled in the United States as described in this policy.

9. Children (COPPA)

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Access requires a Microsoft account. In the United States, Microsoft’s minimum age is 13. See Microsoft’s age documentation. Users under 13 cannot complete SSO and therefore cannot use DARK SPACY.

If you believe we collected information from a child under 13, contact us through the contact page. We will delete that information as required by COPPA.

Privacy questions and requests go through our contact page. Depending on where you live, you may also contact your state attorney general, the California Privacy Protection Agency (for California residents), or the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
